Amy Hopkinson Garden Design is an award-winning garden designer based in Exeter, Devon. London. She works on a range of residential and commercial projects, specialising in small to medium size gardens, roof terraces, balconies, basements, and window boxes.
The Studio focuses is on creating contemporary gardens with atmosphere, sustainable use of materials and environmentally conscious planting schemes - often taking inspiration from Mediterranean gardens and the Devon landscapes where Amy grew up.
Amy Hopkinson Biography
Prior to retraining as a Garden Designer in 2020, where she graduated with merit from KLC School of Design, Amy worked as Assistant Show Manager at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) developing and delivering the RHS Chelsea and Hampton Court Palace Flower Shows.
In 2021, Amy was recognised in Pro Landscaper magazine’s prestigious ’30 Under 30’ competition as one of thirty people who show exceptional potential within the industry.
Since wining the award, Amy has worked with Garden Club London, both within the studio as well as with their RHS Chelsea Flower Show planting team. The Sanctuary Garden was awarded a gold medal.
